Located at Cooks Chasm along the central Oregon coast, the natural phenomenon known as The Spouting Horn displays its majestic beauty and wonder. As the high tides of the Pacific Ocean swell against the shoreline, water passes through an underground fissure carved into the volcanic rock lining the coast, causing it to spray into the air.
