August 17 Over run by dogs

Although there are posted areas where dogs are not allowed this city allows dogs in areas where children have to play. Residents who do not care to have their beach blankets, etc. run over by dogs as they sun or sleep is apparently allowed as well. The city does nothing to enforce the dog restricted areas.
