June 24 paddke boats

we were on the paddle boats and were floating and for no reason it took in water that fast and we sunk! if it was not for my fiance and strangers (none of the workers) I would have drowned cause I cannot swim- jacket came off when we flipped and floated away.

the only problem i encounted was fishing from land could be dangerous young kids started to throw down rocks while we was fishing. but other wise everything was great

We went with 6 other families for the first time and had a blast. My kids are 9 and under and I would definitely do Tuscarora again. Brought the laptop for the kiddies but they never asked for it. Between going to the beach, playground, campfire, trails and riding their scooters they had a wonderful time. Bath house super clean. Not far from cabins or yurts. Never crowded for a shower. We rented a yurt since it was our first time but will do a cabin next time. The yurt was like a sauna in the afternoon. No tree shade over it. The yurt was clean. It was awesome to have a frig. We hope to go over to the other campsite for ice cream next time. We were so busy hanging out in our area. Great experience!! Would definitely recommend to young families.

Beautiful and a wondeful place to visit. The staff out and about in the park are great.

On a day trip my wife and I ride up to tuscarora to check the place out. little did we know all the things this park has to offer, lush greenery well small lake well kept grounds, and they are into alternative energy sources.( use of big windmills. The tops is the courtousy of Park Rangers with all thier info and friendliness. A definite goto place
