Wonderful beach, with picnic areas with grills, clean changing and bath facilites and the BEST campground we have found in the state of Maine!

Since my children were very young we have gone to this park, first to visit the beach (which is a nice combination of sand and grass with a playground and plenty of picnic tables) and then to camp. Nothing beats this park for youngsters and adults who want to camp--no frills, no video arcades, no pool--just camping-with-the-family fun! Rent canoes, hike (nice but not challenging trails, explore the woods.
